Let’s talk gardens, food and cookbook! 🌿🍓🌽
Next Tuesday, October 20, I’ll be at Tumbarumba Library for a conversation with local gardener Linda Blencowe about the stories, gardens and seasonal produce behind Québec Kitchen Abroad.
We’ll chat about how growing food in the Snowy Valleys has helped me recreate French-Canadian recipes, inspired my food photography and influenced the way I approach cooking and preserving seasonal produce.
We’ll also explore my journey from graphic design to food photography, recipe development and contributing to ABC ABC Organic Gardener Magazine magazine, my work with Tumbarumba Spring Flower Festival for the Tumbarumba Spring Flower Festival, our upcoming open garden and how all of these have connections with Linda’s edible/ornamental garden.
